Join us for yoga and story time with Early Childhood Educator and Children’s Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher, Miss Kristen. Bring your own mat, blanket or you can work out on the carpet. Lessons are focused on children ages 2-6. Families may also bring children of any age and we will accommodate to their ability levels. Children ages 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.
