Dearborn Heights Library will issue a card to anyone who lives, works, attends school or owns property in Dearborn Heights. Please select one qualifying condition from the list above.

If you are not a resident of Dearborn Heights, enter the name and address of the Dearborn Heights-based business where you work, the address of a property you own in Dearborn Heights, or the name of the Dearborn Heights-based school the applicant attends. If the applicant is a K-12 student, also include the name of their teacher and their classroom number.

If you are a non-resident applying for a card, you must provide proof of eligibility. This can be a paystub showing your work address, a school ID card, etc.
