Somatic Practice with Denielle Arm
This one-hour class offers a variety of self-care practices to help bring minds and bodies into alignment. During this course, you will be guided through yoga, meditation, breathwork techniques, and more. Patrons are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and/or towel, as well as wear comfortable clothes.
