About the event: Featuring face painting, pumpkin decorating, fortune telling, carnival games and prizes, a large tin can raffle series, and cider and donuts, our yearly Fall Carnival is the largest event on the library's calendar. For 2025, we featured a petting zoo, free local cuisine tastings, a stilt walker, and balloon animals. Our goal is always to welcome our community for an afternoon of family-oriented fun and enrichment at Dearborn Heights Library.

About the event: Each year, Dearborn Heights Library delights the children and families of its community with a special Trunk-or-Treat event. Scares are had, treats are handed out, and money is raised for the Dearborn Heights Goodfellows organization through rounds of Haunted Mini Golf held inside the library!
