Youth Librarian
Both Branches
Steve Nesovski
Steve grew up in Dearborn Heights, played and officiated soccer for the DHSC (Dearborn Heights Soccer Club) and is a Crestwood graduate. His previous occupation was as an elementary school teacher for the Westwood School District. Computers, STEM and gym were some of the subjects he taught in his 27 years of teaching.
He enjoys sports of all kinds and is still involved with soccer. "Golf is the game I'm trying to get better at— I probably need to pick up a book with some golf tips in it."
"My girls keep me up to date on what is current and popular with books and movies. All three are avid readers and lovers of fantasy stories. My twins belong to the book club in HS and help with the HS Red Cross."

Adult Services Librarian & Archivist
Both Branches
Jason Stanley
Jason Stanley has worked in the library science field for the last 15 years. He earned his MLIS from Wayne State University in 2014, and began working at Caroline Kennedy Library shortly afterward. When he's not at the library, Jason enjoys reading, writing, comic book collecting, attending rock concerts, and road trips.
'I fell in love with libraries when I was a kid. It was my safe space for years, especially during high school. I would go there and read and nap during lunch. I did volunteer work there during my senior year, and that was when I discovered my calling. It took me years to get there, but I made it. Each trip to the library is a journey one takes. Knowledge, escape, connection, peace can all be found at the library.'

Filomena Sgambati

If I am not at the library I am spending time with my two children, husband, and our very opinionated cat."
