About the event

The library is hosting a community hijab and scarf swap. Throughout the month, you may bring in clean, gently used hijabs and scarves that you no longer wear to the Circulation Desk. The number of items donated will be marked down and on the swap day you will be given the same amount of tickets as the amount you donated.  On April 25, return during swap hours to exchange your tickets for “new-to-you” pieces—one item per ticket. This program promotes sustainability, community sharing and an opportunity to refresh your collection at no cost. Open to all ages, but children ages 12 and under must be accompanied by parent or caregiver.
